Omas Tanzkleider ausgepackt, Opas Schiebermütze aus dem Schrank gekramt und auf zur Swingparty mit der Band Future Swing im alten Schweizer Bazar. Begleitet werden die vier Musiker an Banjo, Gitarre, Violine und Saxophon durch Marta Kloučková mit ihrer bezaubernden Stimme. Der Abend wird durch Beiträge zum Thema Swing und Subversion in der Zeit des Nationalsozialismus umrahmt.

Die Ausstellung theamtisiert jugendgerecht die Geschichte von Anne Frank und ihre Begeisterung für Bücher und Schreiben.

Laut der aktuellen LEO- Studie können 6,2 Millionen Menschen in Deutschland nicht richtig lesen und schreiben. Warum ist das so und was kann man dagegen machen? Ein Alfa- Mobil- Mitarbeiter steht Ihnen Rede und Antwort. Lernen Sie etwas neues, begeben Sie sich in unbekannte Gewässer und versuchen sie etwas zu begreifen, was so wenig greifbar ist.

Das Projekt Mitzvah ist eine mehrjährige Mission zum Schutz und zur Pflege unseres historischen jüdischen Friedhofs in Görlitz. Vom 5. bis 9. Juni 2023 werden 31 Studenten aus Deutschland, Polen und den USA an dem Projekt teilnehmen. Wir laden Sie ein, die Früchte unserer Arbeit am Freitag, den 9. Juni 2023 von 10:00 bis 12:00 Uhr auf dem Jüdischen Friedhof in Görlitz zu sehen.

Jan Vytásek – auch „Tschechischer Bryan Adams“ genannt – ist ein Pop Rock Sänger und Songwriter aus Prag. Auf seiner musikalischen Reise ging er durch mehrere Genres, vom Revival-Repertoire (Beatles, Queen), klassischeren Belcanto-Repertoire bis hin zu seinem eigenen Pop-Rock-Songwriting. Er hat mehrere Musikpreise in der Tschechischen Republik und im Ausland gewonnen.

Die Jüdische Gedenkwoche Görlitz/Zgorzelec feiert die einst lebendige jüdische Gemeinde von Görlitz und hebt die Leistungen ihrer Mitglieder, ihrer Unternehmen, ihrer Familien und der Synagoge hervor, aber auch die schreckliche Verfolgung während der Nazizeit. Mehr als 50 Familienmitglieder der ehemaligen Gemeinde werden zu den Feierlichkeiten nach Görlitz zurückkehren.

This year we are meeting for the third time and we are coming back to the beautiful Weinau park for the second time in a row. Welcome to AHOJ festival, multicultural, cross-border, people connecting event to kick-off the summer with a unique atmosphere and rich line-up.
???? Creative creatures from not only Czech republic, Germany and Poland will meet again to co-create a space filled with art, music and theater. To feed your souls a bit more, there will be creative workshops and art installations to admire. To feed your bodies, there will be great vegan food, delicious coffee, pancakes and fresh beer. ☕????????

Syndrom ein. In ungezwungener Atmosphäre und einem geschützten Raum haben wir ein offenes Ohr für Sie und geben Ihnen die Möglichkeit zum gegenseitigen Kennenlernen.
